 CONTENT USE: By participating in this and any of P2G Networks' Platforms. You are agreeing to allow P2G NETWORKS to utilize your visual and audio likeness for future promotion and training purposes.   

NOTIFICATION: We don't operate through third-party payment sites. Please do not send money to strangers on behalf of our platform. All payments are handled through the site directly.  Any crypto payments will be processed through the official info@p2gnetworks.com email or website text app. Donations are welcome but not required.

Privacy and Data Usage Policy

P2G Networks values your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. All data collected through membership enrollment, participation, and communication with P2G Networks is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our educational services, community programs, and member support.

User information is never sold, rented, or shared with any outside parties not directly connected to the services provided as part of your membership. Data may be shared internally only with authorized P2G Networks partners and instructors necessary to deliver course content, technical support, or member benefits.

By enrolling in P2G Networks programs, you grant permission for the collection and use of your information as a term of service, effective from the date of enrollment. You may request a copy, update, or deletion of your information at any time by contacting us at p2gnetworks@proton.me

By creating a member account, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, which govern access to and use of all P2G Networks digital platforms, educational materials, and community services.

P2G Networks provides educational programs, community activities, and digital resources in financial literacy, cryptocurrency, blockchain, and Web3 education. Members gain access to workshops, study halls, discussion groups, and proprietary learning materials.

By joining, you agree to participate responsibly, respect community standards, and protect the intellectual property of P2G Networks.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
   
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
   
• Use the platform only for lawful, educational, and community purposes.
   
• Respect other members and uphold the “Each One Teach One” code of conduct.
   

As a registered member, you may have access to P2G Networks’ proprietary information, including but not limited to:

• Educational materials, lesson plans, and course structures
   
• Digital Financial Literacy curriculum and program outlines
   
• Business strategies, internal communications, or marketing plans
   
• Private community discussions or event recordings
   

You agree:

• Not to share, distribute, record, sell, or reproduce any P2G Networks materials without written permission.
   
• Not to disclose any internal or confidential information to third parties.
   
• To use all proprietary content solely for personal educational use within the P2G Networks community.
   

This clause survives termination of membership.

During your active membership and for one (1) year after leaving the platform, you agree:

• Not to develop, sell, teach, or distribute competing educational programs using P2G Networks’ proprietary materials, names, or methods.
   
• Not to represent or imply affiliation with P2G Networks without written authorization.
   
• Not to use P2G Networks intellectual property (including “Digital Financial Literacy,” “Pennies 2 Gold,” “P2G Networks,” or related logos and content) for commercial or promotional purposes outside of this community.
   

Exceptions may be granted only through a written license or partnership agreement approved by P2G Networks Administration.

All content, logos, course materials, graphics, and digital resources under the P2G Networks brand are protected by trademark, copyright, and intellectual property laws.
Members may not reproduce, copy, or create derivative works without express written consent.

P2G Networks reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Breach of confidentiality or non-compete obligations
   
• Misuse of content or harassment within the community
   
• Illegal, unethical, or disruptive behavior
   

Upon termination, you must immediately stop using all proprietary materials.

You agree to hold harmless P2G Networks, its affiliates, instructors, and representatives from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your misuse of materials or violation of this agreement.

By selecting “I Agree” or creating a member account, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood this Agreement in full.
   
• You accept all terms and conditions, including the NDA and Non-Compete Clauses.
   
• You are 18 years of age or older (or have parental/guardian consent).
